We have just finished implementing our own cloud service.

This an open-source cloud function that gives us secure access to ours’ and our clients’ data anywhere in the world, so we can be sure our client services are uninterrupted by travel trips and holiday periods.
The service allows us to share documentation and configurations with our staff around the world so we are all in the loop on any given client case, project or task.

Although our clients won’t actually see this functionality it is for their benefit it was designed and implemented.
